Frequently Asked Questions
How do I send my photos and details?
After placing your order, you'll receive a link on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email to submit your photos and card details. Simply enter the card information and upload your images through that form so we can begin designing your card.
How many photos should I send?
We recommend uploading 2-5 photos so we can select the best image for your card. Clear photos with good lighting and a visible face work best.
Who writes the message on the back of the card?
You may write your own message (typically 3–4 sentences), or you can simply provide a few details about the person being honored. From that information, we will craft a meaningful tribute designed to reflect their story, accomplishments, and the impact they’ve made.
​What materials can be used for relic cards?
​Relic cards can include small pieces of meaningful fabric such as jerseys, blankets, uniforms, or other personal materials. After placing your order, you will receive instructions for mailing your relic material.
How long does it take to receive my card?
Each card is carefully designed and produced after your order is placed. Most cards are completed within 10-14 business days before shipping. Fully custom orders may take longer.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes. If you have a specific concept in mind, you can submit a request through our custom design form. From there, we’ll review your idea and follow up to discuss the details of your project.
